3. Security Statement

HT Pay Way applies the latest data protection standards – Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection when entering and transmitting data. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that the exchange of data between HT systems and the authorization centers of card companies takes place within a private network, protected from unauthorized access by a double layer of firewalls.

4. Privacy Statement

SHARES j.d.o.o. is committed to protecting the personal data of customers by collecting only the essential and basic customer/user data necessary to fulfill our obligations. Customers are informed about how their data is used and are regularly given the option to decide whether their data can be used, including the possibility to remove their name from marketing campaign lists. All user data is strictly stored and available only to employees who need it to perform their work. All SHARES j.d.o.o. employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

5. Delivery and Shipping Terms

5.1. Delivery Method
Ordered products are delivered via UPS courier service to the address specified by the customer during the order.

5.2. Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the chosen destination and product availability in stock.

  • Within Croatia: 1 – 3 business days from order confirmation

  • International deliveries: 3 – 7 business days (depending on the destination country)

5.3. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated automatically during the order process and are clearly displayed before completing the purchase. The delivery price depends on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the shipment.

5.4. Shipment Tracking
Once the package is handed over to the courier service, the customer will receive a UPS tracking number via email to track the shipment in real time.

5.5. Receiving and Inspecting the Shipment
The customer must check that the shipment is undamaged upon receipt. In the case of visible damage, the customer should immediately notify the courier and prepare a damage report to initiate the complaint process.

5.6. Inability to Deliver
If the shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect data, the recipient’s absence, or refusal to accept the shipment, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

6. Return and Complaint Policy

6.1. Right to Return
The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The right to return applies only to products that have not been used, damaged, or altered and that are returned in their original packaging.

6.2. Custom-Made Products
For custom-made or personalized products (e.g., products with a name, logo, special graphics, or dimensions according to the customer’s request), returns are not possible unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

6.3. Return Procedure
Before returning a product, the customer must contact us via email to receive return instructions. Returns must be sent exclusively as registered mail or by courier to the address provided in the instructions. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product was incorrectly delivered or defective.

6.4. Complaints for Defective Products
If the customer receives a defective or damaged product, they must contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and include photos of the damage. After verifying the complaint, the customer will be offered a replacement product or a refund, including shipping costs.

6.5. Refund Method
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product or proof that it has been shipped.

7. Currency Conversion Statement

All payments will be made in Euros (EUR).
For customers paying from outside Croatia, the amount charged to the credit card will be converted from Euros to the currency of your country according to your card company’s exchange rate.
As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference between the amount charged to your credit card and the price displayed on our website.

8. General Terms of Business

8.1. Application of Terms
These General Terms of Business apply to all purchases made through our website and form an integral part of the distance contract between the seller and the customer. The customer is required to read and accept these terms before completing an order.

8.2. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure the accuracy of all information, images, and product descriptions on the website. However, minor differences in color, dimensions, or design may occur due to different monitor settings, manual production, or technical limitations.

8.3. Prices and Availability
All prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. The seller reserves the right to change prices and product availability without prior notice. If the ordered product is no longer available, the customer will be offered a refund or a replacement product.

8.4. Limitation of Liability
The seller is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of products, delivery delays caused by third parties, technical failures, or force majeure.

8.5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from the use of the website or the purchase agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court at the seller’s registered office.

8.6. Changes to Terms of Business
The seller reserves the right to amend these General Terms of Business at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect upon publication on the website and apply to all orders received after the publication date.
